Ive stopped sending mass cvs out. Try walking through the door and actually meet the chief pilot if you can. This will have many benefits: 1)He/she has to reply. 2)He/she can give you the low down on the company and any possible recruitment plans 3)If you dont like what you see you dont have to come back. 4)Your name and face has been seen. You are no longer a pile of paper.
If your circumstances allow, make it clear you are interested in working in the ops or handling departments at a company. A foot in the door and all that....
