Grandad,
In addition to working as a flying instructor, getting every flying hour possible and contacting potential employers on a regular basis, how would you suggest that I could spend my time better? I feel like I am doing every thing I can to identify the companies that might be taking on.
I agree that flooding the market with a standard letter may not be ideal but you have to spread yourself around at first to see which companies can be bothered to write back to you.
