just thought you'd like to know this:
here in the US you can descend below the minimum altitude only in emergencies or when attempting to land.
Btw, i dont have enough money either to build me a 'strip, but i brought it up because i thought it was interesting. And it can't be to expensive in the US, because there are roughly 15000 private strips here.
if ya in a rural (not to rural) area, you can get 1 acre for $500
