The sad fact is that the airline is in a very bad way, the losses are unsustainable and the Lufthansa shareholders will be demanding action to mitigate the losses.

bmiBaby continues to lose money and there are significant costs associated with making the fleet compliant with legislation by 2015.
There are still more than 3,500 staff to service 50 aircraft.
So if you can be bovvered, what would you do to reduce the losses?
