AIP Question
A quick question to those of you that use Jepps,
I completed my flight training only ever having had exposure to CAR's, CAO's, Jeppesen Airway Manual and AIP Charts. During this training, instructors mentioned something called AIC's and AIP SUPPS, and I could be ******ed if I could find the equivalent info in the Jepp Manuals. Since (to the best of my knowledge) you can only get the AIP Supps and AIC's with the AIP package (not including the internet), how do you get arround the particular problem of not being able to access this info.
The AIP Supps are a vital piece of information, especially up north where we get our fair share of military exercises and "trial airspace changes". Do companies provide you with this info (somehow in the lower rungs of GA I find this doubtful) or is there an easier alternative.
*Please note I am using the AIP now as I couldn't afford the renewal service (and have no need for the approach charts at the moment) and therfore am not aware of any changes to this situation*
