Question Takeoff faceoff: Tailwind vs. Rising Terrain

Hi guys, new bush pilot here with a little dilemma for those of you who have faced it more times than me.

Given a completely level but short airstrip, with one runway facing toward completely flat ground with a tailwind, and the other facing toward rising terrain with a headwind, neither factor severe enough to cancel the flight.

In terms of knots tailwind and degrees of rising terrain, how do you think through this decision?
