It all depends on your attitude. As Marcus Aurelius once said, "You consist of three things: your body, your life and your mind. Only the last is subject wholly to your control." If you go to work looking at all the negative parts of your job, then all you'll end up doing is whinging and moaning about them. When you consider how few people in the world actually have a
choice as to what they do, professional pilots would realise just how lucky they are.
Every day, I go to work I thank the Lord for being able to fly, and for getting paid to do it. So my advice to you, Footsie, is go for it.
