Everyone wants to fly to the islands. In my case (California based) they all want to go to Hawaii.
Often overlooked by newbie flight planners: Does the ship have enough oxygen for all pax if at ETP there's a loss of cabin pressure....for 3+ hours?
Also, we assume our flight planned altitude is available. Often not the case on the Hawaii or NAT tracks.
