I don't know which world you live in. I can assure you that in many of the council flats in my ward the description that would be applied to anyone who could spend
twenty-two thousand pounds on toys!!!! would include "rich".
Yes there are beamers around the estates. They might have cost a lot when new, but just right now they're getting on for twenty years old and probably have negative scrap value.
