IR concession for CPL holders
Do you have to have the CPL issued prior to starting the IR course in order to apply the 45hr concession (or the old 50hr concession)? Lasors 2010 doesn't seem to have this detail and my previous understanding was that the CPL training and test just needed to be completed though a current instructor recently informed me the CPL actually needs to be issued.
