Airbus Training is Monday to Friday with weekends off. It was relentless and for people with no Airbus experience I can see how hard it must have been. Lots of CRJ guys were scratching their heads earlier on in the year!
We had little time off between sessions to digest what you just did, rest and then prepare for the next session.
(The Boeing guys back in Dubai on my intake had far more time between sims to prepare.)
Have your family over for a weekend to break up the flow, but if your coming off a CRJ, then as others have said, you will need time to get adjusted to the Airbus modes and flying style.
I had previous Bus experience and when my family came over I still had to disappear to get the work completed.
Lovely restaraunts though but mind the dog-crap and beggars everywhere!
