Not exactly, PANC will typically get fog off the inlet much sooner than PAED.

That being said, most everybody files and flies PAFA (225nm) as the alternate. Other than that only PAKN (250nm) and PACD (537nm) come to mind, but both are "off" the road map.

There's also a few military fields... PAFB, PAEI (250nm) and PABI (200nm).
