New-Toy´s, no Boy´s
Most of the orders are from areas where you dont want to fly because of obious reasons you can read here in the forums. I do not want to add my previous expiriences from Far-East, China, Indo-China, India and middle East.
About the 5000 fresh CPL - holders from India, some of them have a Single Engine CPL, can you imagine the training deparment pulling the hairs, one of the reasons some of them sitting on the ground. Lured into the job and "produced" revenue + profit for the Training facility but not for rest of the people involved now and in the future.
The T & C´s in the Industry are vanishing more and more, the real income is decreasing and not growing as it should. Flying becomes too cheap, in many views.
