So where does the MAS pilots , especially the captains of the narrowbody level playing field? So the B738 Captains doing the widebody operation with the narrowbody allowances?. Likewise the foreign copilots on 3 years contract getting more than the captains who need to be thaught virtually almost everything? The good things here is that the quality life and foods are abundant down here if you do not compare the gross income.
