First order for 2 aircraft placed today.
The 2 aircraft ordered on the 21st July are the first for a UK operator. I think orders for 16 or more were announced at Paris Air Show for a number of operators.
Not sure why this is on the Military Aircrew thread because the AW169 is aimed at the Police & EMS operators, unless with the reduction of the Army that is planned, the Police and EMS operators will become TA AAC Squadrons.
