For what I hear is that Peach already hired the ex Jal pilots that they were going to hire and soon after the start of operations they will hire out of the ex pat market, another thing is that many of the former Jal pilots are already working or simply left the career all together, there aren't that many left to cover for these two new ventures if hiring starts ramping up.
A320's to start on domestic and international operations with a330's to be added later on, independent operation than Peach.
