I agree with Young Paul: happiness is an attitude.
The day I found myself unhappy I just found another company to work for. I don't think moaning is the right thing to do. No point on moaning without trying to change things.
I have the impression that a lot of people who complain about their working conditions are the same that point their finger on the French when they go on strike to improve exactly the same.
