Can someone shed some light on how the crew leasing agencies make their money?
Usually they ether receive a one off finders fee from the airline or more commonly they will take a monthly payment behind the scenes (which actually comes out of your salary), that is why you will sometimes see a slight difference in pay between the different agencies for the same airline contract.
