Seems like an outfit like BSP would benefit from setting a minimum flight hour requirment of say 3500 hrs. References and interviews can thin the crowd considerably. Then pick the folks that best fit the BSP mold. Personally I fly a Citation Excel, Bell 412, and a LongRanger. All of them can ruin your day plenty quick.
