Teresa, all of us "front line" staff 100% agree with you mate.
Just like QF our managers never listen to us, if they did then they wouldn't have spent millions of dollars on crap seats. We offered our opinions but were rejected as dumb Pilots that wouldn't know. So different Airline to QF but same problems!!
I do believe a re work of the Y class seats is in the works following negative feedback.
Just think of how much money CX/QF could had saved if they had bothered to seek the opinion of frequent travellers they already employed!!
