Also when you have passed all this you can look forward to flying with White Knight. I would love to be a fly in the cockpit

I would take yoyonow's advice and leave family at home until checked out on the line.

I did that when I joined SQ (A340) as a DEC from GF(B767) You do not need family distractions IMHO.
