I had an interesting conversation with a newish joined ex crj driver last night at longs bar. Seems he just worked out that he will become eligible for a command at the same time as those Cadets that graduated 18months before he did. His no time on aircraft above 55t means that his only advantage is that he will get to 6000hrs before the cadet that joined the same day as he did.
It didn't appear he did much research before joining EK. This kind of info should not come as a surprise after joining.
