First time I've used Headset Services but I sent them my DC headset on the 8th. and today received back a new replacement. I don't see much wrong with that service either from David Clark or Headset Services.
Mad_Jock - bad news is they replaced my
****e X11s with another pair of
****e X11s 
The noise cancellation on the X11 isn't the best and they're expensive but they're a good passive headset that I find comfortable. I think Jock is a little harsh on them.
