Can only reply to question 2. There are places to buy grills here, but they are way expensive. Same grill at home depot is about 4x's as much as it is here. A decent four burner grill (like the stainless CharBroil) with side burner is around $270 in the states (USD) here it's closer to 900 USD. Decent charcoal grills can go between 150 - 400 USD. You can find them all over the place here, ACE (way expensive), Carrefour, Garden Center, etc etc.
