MS Flight Sim will run fine on a recent MacBook Pro.
You will need to use BOOTCAMP (Included free) to boot directly into windoze (have to buy $$$) in order to get decent performance, the vitualization stuff like parallels and the like will sap some resources and you need all you can get for MS Flight Sim.
