Yes they want me to fly in india because Mr Bharadwaj said to me personally that "Theres going to be a CAR stating that the recency flying has to be done in india - this is gonna be published within 7 day within 3 months, he doesnt know !" so he suggested that do the flying in India and hence he issued only an FRTO to me !
and hence i wanted a NOC from the DGCA for flying abroad!
