My Licence was submitted to DGCA for processing into Dgca way back in March. On I received a reply back from them that my Duchess cannot be issued to me because to a CofA issue which all of us know.
Thats idiotic because the DGCA is still issuing endorsements on the BE76 in the month of July

If I were you I would go to the DGCA and ask them to explain how these people were issued licenses on the BE76
Go and see the Director General E K Bharat Bhushan if you have no other option left
