Licence issue

Hello guys,

My Licence was submitted to DGCA for processing into Dgca way back in March. On I received a reply back from them that my Duchess cannot be issued to me because to a CofA issue which all of us know.

The DGCA granted me the FRTO and verbally said that give an application for an multi (eg Seneca) Specific paper and after passing i could request the DGCA to reduce the number of hours to be flown on the Seneca from 10 to 6.5 because of my previous experience on the Duchess. And i have to fly in India.

The problem with that is i cannot write the July attempt cause they need the ground school cert. which i cannot get. So by the time i write the next exam and get the result, it would be December. And i hit recency and have to fly all my 172 hrs again.

So please help me in understanding on how to get NOC from DGCA so that i can go back to my flying club and fly my 172 as well as the Seneca legally and come back with all the requirements within a month.

Thanks
regards
