@smurf84 - If the application date is not showing, it means your application still has not reached the processing stage. Your file must be lying in some pile in the DGCA office. The date will show only once they open your file and begin some work on your CPL.
Till then - maybe you should take a vacation or something
It might be a long wait! For me the date was only visible some 3.5 months after submission
