How can you have the audacity to be an A scaler for most of your career and expect new joiners to take the hit in their wallet so you can retire with a FAT BONUS? Aren't you ashamed of yourself? Seriously Richard you have to take a look in the mirror and ask yourself am I a selfish prick?
That “FAT BONUS” is Richards, not a new joiners bonus. We will continue to take money out of pilot wallets to top up our “FAT BONUSES”, RETIREMENT PACKAGES and PAY.
We are too arrogant to be ashamed, don’t you know we can commit perjury in the Hong Kong Court System and get away with it. Arrogance is a trait we seek at The CPG. We price fix cargo rates and no one goes to jail. We operate with impunity.
“Selfish Prick”, there is no such words in Management at The CPG. We will rape the employees at every corner, reducing pay and benefits. In the near future we may have new joiners paying The CPG for an opportunity to be offered an interview. When we invite new joiners to Hong Kong for interviews, we only provide the interviewee a ticket, which is a high priority standby ticket and hotel only. All meals in Hong Kong will be from the interviewee’s own account. We will NOT provide meals while in Kitty City. That saving is passed on directly to King Richard. Certainly we would not have a Swine interviewee pay for their own meals, as they would be of a higher caliber profession.
The newly hired S/O is still an aviator with a dedication to the profession what's the difference between you and them? You were an F/O once? . You were a new hire? ... Surely you can respect that fact that flying in Asia is demanding and requires skilled professionals ... Go to India or Bangladesh if you're so adamant that cheap labour is the way to go.
Our philosophy is highly sophisticated aircraft so the skill level required is much less. You can see this in our training machine as we are less checking and more training to standard. In the old days if you messed up, our highly skilled checking staff would be very hard on the candidate and may require a visit to the Chief Pilots office for an informal chat.
Richard is one of those highly trained professionals we hired many years ago and that is why he is paid the package he is paid. As for new joiners since 1993, they are less skilled and keep getting less skilled every year as we reduce the package. As with the new multi crew pilot license, we only want a warm body in the seat. We believe the AF 447 incident is a very remote incident. By the time our new monkeys get into a flying position, our training staff would have the monkeys up to an acceptable level. We are willing to accept more hard landings and bent aircraft as this will come out of HAECO’s budget and will not affect our bonus or package.
We don’t feel shame or selfishness we are too arrogant which makes us better than the common worker.
We are still receiving applications and many attendees for second interviews in Hong Kong. We are lowering the requirement to the bottom level and hence the current package.
As for the reduce housing, we are hiring very young candidates and we expect the new hires to join forces and live together is small flats. All new hires will be able to study together during their induction phase and this helps out both the candidate and the company.
We don’t expect new joiners to have girlfriends or wives and we expect new joiners to gain their pleasure from the many girls in the Wan Chai area. We don’t expect new joiners after six years or so to settle down with a girlfriend or wife, as they will not be able to afford a family. This will save us millions in benefits such as housing, medical, travel, or schooling.
Our philosophy is to keep the pilot group as poor as possible and they will be very grateful we provide them with a job in order to buy a bowl of rice and some vegetables.
The amount of money we can save with this new philosophy is astounding and that will directly go to our BONUSES!
The CPG is still a highly sought after job.
