The question is would the Germans have the guts to attempt that, or do they just take advantage of small countries?
Get a german company to build a 30 million Euro Freeway in the US, don't pay for it and see what happens
"The Germans" have in the past (unsuccessfully, because the pilots were quicker) attempted to seize Russian aircraft, so obviously are not afraid of big countries.
