Nice is hard if you don't plan ahead. It's hard if you descend late. It's hard if you don't set your landing configuration as briefed. It's hard if you are maintained 5NM from aircraft ahead and still have to turn 90º towards the runway. It's hard when we depart at low altitude/high bank/low turn radius and very very close to some risky chopper pilots...
But it's fun as hell!
ATC is generally good, and if the weather is generous enough (no CAVOK required) it's a pleasure for pilot, passenger and eventual photographer's eyes.
There are by far other airports in Europe more dangerous/technically difficult to fly in Europe.
