OK at the risk of sounding rude there are numerous threads about this so please do look for threads before you decide to make one. and to answer your question, if you have a current CPL and RT from a commonwealth country you can just submit your documents and you will get a life time RT. but if you only have an RT from a commonwealth country and not a CPL then you need flying experience of 30 hrs in the previous 6 month or you need to clear part 1.
