No, had to wait 5 minutes to cross to Gib and nobody bothered with me and the car on the way back over i.e. Guardia Civile. If you have a people carrier or dark windowed 4x4 expect to be stopped - looking for fags (only 200 allowed back into Spain) and drugs of course (Morocco just across the Straits).
