Re the earlier comment re RH 'starting up' Safi Airways. This airline has been operating for quite awhile but does appear to have problems retaining senior staff. One prompt for them to leave is when they are asked to base out of Kabul!! I know a couple of guys who this happened to. Mind you they do pay on time which, judging from this thread, seems to be a dream for Arik employees
