i'm not sure if it's true or not, i haven't heard about it, but either way, my point is, as an airline, why not give a candidate (someone unable to afford TR) the option to sign something like a "bond" (not paying for the TR initially, but compensating by means of fore-going a certain part of his/her income for a certain period of time)? it's just baffling
