We know BOH has invested a lot of cash into improving the facilities and we recognise that by committing to the airport for the long-term.
Reason for major cut-backs? The state of the UK airline industry is deteriorating. The demand simply isn't there - the APD & rising fuel costs are choking out any possible recovery.
Once recovery is back, BOH could easily support a 4 or 5 ac RYANAIR only base.
