For as long as I can remember it was an absolute and non-negotiable requirement that to work for Emirates you had to resign from your previous company. Are we really now that desperate?
I can see the advantages for both Qantas pilots and Emirates management but what would happen in three years if most of them want to go back to Qantas? Surely that would leave an even bigger hole in the recruitment numbers?
