I respectfully disagree with such statement.
So far, there is no such "
conditioned response" measured behavior, including several other AF crews, as those many previous cases won't show any pattern of similar behaviors.
The more I can say, as there is not such a pattern during similar events, is that a
specific training was lacking in most recorded case.
