Back in the day PNG time counted (and according to me it still does) however some departments don't agree with me.
The offer should be 6 figures and 28 / 28 for the command FO of course less.
As for the reruiting process I'm not much help these days as it has all changed.
In the past alot would be done via email and phone then you would be invited to PNG
