Oh dear, never twigged he might be one of the main proponents for such poor standards with Italian TRE's. I have heard from numerous quarters (some closer than you might think
) that there is a propensity towards self personification rather than CRM.
It doesn't help, though when the Italian CAA turn a blind eye does it?
