Nervous SLF, thank you for your response.
I'm not disappointed or actually that bothered which airline it was. I just thought if you walked into a business class cabin (or any cabin) on a BA flight and started singing DH's praises it might explain why you may have felt "unwelcome"
I somehow feel that not many of BA employees or in fact the 6000 odd who voted yes would see him as a "good and honest sort". Those that are after seeing his branch accounts which seem to have either disappeared or are being witheld would probably not agree with you either.
For somebody who is apparently so nervous of flying to approach the CC I find it amazing that you then walk right into the CC forum on this site when their is an SLF forum in which "passenger friendly" CC and Pilots regularly post to answer any queries. Why did you not go there instead of here? You see where me and the Mod may have got the impression re trolling?
And if you want some genuine advice from an unbiased SCCM who does post in the SLF forum re your OP here it is;
If you feel you have issues on the day the speak to the SCCM
on the day and allow us to do something about the percieved problems. We are used to dealing with nervous SLF and our role (among many) is to trouble shoot customer issues.
Coming on here and being percieved as trolling etc has not solved your issue has it? If you had talked to the SCCM on the day he'she should have been able to address it. At the very least it was only fair you gave then the oppotunity to do so.
