Is it true that Tiger pilots are paid a relatively low base rate which is then topped up by an hourly stick rate? If so, do you know if they're being paid the base or what they would ordinarily earn?
CAP's - $122,120 plus $79.60 Per hour flight pay
FO's - $81,800 plus $39.25 Per hour flight pay
