Let's assume you're in the USA on a -800:
You're going to have 27k bump engines for SNA ops
Warranty invalid at that rating for any other occasion.
"THR HLD" .... 84 kts :
Push thrust all the way fwd EEC's will control engines to first limiting parameter. You may not get 27k, may be EGT limited.
