The Interface

Well there is task sharing and a few rules,

* PF Fly, Navigate & Communicate.
* PNF Manage failure on PF command.

* Secured, Guarded switches and Clear P/B to be confirmed before switching.
* PNF NEVER touches the T/L.
* Read out load all actions.

For handling:

Failure announcement:
- Attention getter Visual [Master Warning/Master Caution] Audible [ CRC/SC/Special (e.g. Fire Bell/Calvary)/Svoice (e.g. STALLSTALL)]
- Check ECAM (format SYS msg) in red or amber.
- Perform Crew actions (next line ident) in Cyan
System panels are uncluttered and identified by SYS (in white letters) on the side.
- Identify Amber FAULT P/B (Local warning)
- Call SYS, SELECTOR, PROCEDURE (e.g. NAV, ADR 1, OFF) before switching. (In general action clears appropriate crew action line on ECAM
- check action result on SD (if any)
If all crew actions performed:
- PNF CALL SYS CLEAR, PF CONFIRMS.
- Clear SYS or Emergency Clear on ECAM control panel.
