Sorry, and I couldn't find where you'd said it either. Guess you were misquoted.
Re the THS trimming. It occurred while the aircraft was in a semi-parabolic trajectory, having run out of lift. So G was well below 1.0, and stick was neutral or back, therefore commanding 1G or more. In the absence of high-AoA protections, I don't understand your problem. The up-elevator delivered by the EFCS would be backed up by THS movement. By the way, I cannot claim to be the originator of this simple theory.
