I dont get it .
Why would IndiGo start such a program when there are so many unemployed within the industry
Even with 180+100 =280 A320 airplanes
280 X 20 pilots per airplane ( exaggerating ) = 5600 pilots
Even then the supply of pilots woudnt run out
On another note
From what i can see
IndiGo dosent seem to making any money from the the scheme
All the money goes to CAE
31 lakhs for CPL and another 15 lakhs for type rating all goes to CAE
