The existence of this thread alone, is a perfect illustration the DGCA is a mess. There is very little transparency. The fact there are over 190 posts indicates they are not getting the message to the general public in writing.
Any authority of repute would have this written up in the rules either online or in a circular. God help the young Indian pilots trying to deal with these morons.
