I did multi commercial and ofcourse my dutchess rating was also not accepted. I never had single commercial.
However, as per DGCA or I should say as per Mr. Vashist, he advised that if I flew single during my private and instrument, I can do recency on single and atleast get my license on single.
This way you cannot have multi endorsed but can start off with your life with single engine. Once you have the license, later you can get the multi endorsement for seneca.
Today, I have a single engine license with multi experience (not endorsement).
