Regarding the Duchess, we really don't know whats happening. Even the DGCA doesn't. Like I mentioned earlier, when I submitted my NZ licence 2 days ago, the Dy Director said they may issue a BE76 endorsement and they are working on it at the moment. The same guy would give a different explanation to another CPL holder. Lets just wait for the public notice to come out soon i.e. if there is ever one !
